Everyone lives with art, no matter what.
The Radio Movement brings performances to citizens who cannot join us in our space.
Everyone needs art to live a full life. If they can’t come to Oracle, then Oracle will go to them.

The Radio Movement presents adapted radio serial classics, such as “Gunsmoke,” Lucille Ball’s radio show “My Favorite Husband” and “The Adventures of Philip Marlowe”, to nursing homes and homeless shelters throughout the community – free of charge.

Using the original broadcast recording of each episode in its entirety, our actors combine live action, pantomime and shadow puppetry to inspire our audience’s imaginations much the same way that the original radio broadcast did for its listeners. The result is an enjoyable experience that our audiences find both entertaining and nostalgic.

Each episode’s performance lasts approximately 30 minutes. Immediately following the performance, our cast is available for a few minutes to socialize with members of our audience and to discuss the play.

If your organization is interested in having The Radio Movement presented at your facility, don’t hesitate to contact us: info@oracletheatre.org

More free art by more artists for more people.
Oracle B*Sides is an arts service initiative devoted to giving artists the opportunity to produce their work in Public Access Theatre.

Groups of artists submit project proposals for consideration. Once accepted, Oracle provides space, production and fundraising mentorship, and technical resources at no cost to the visiting artists – on one condition: the piece is offered to the community for free through Public Access Theatre.

Whether you are part of an established production company, or a group of artists working together for the first time – consider producing with Oracle B*Sides. Help us spread a love for art worldwide.

We accept proposals year round. If you are interested in producing with Oracle B*Sides, send an email to info@oracletheatre.org.

Please include a few details:
